Not a good working environment and culture teammates are supporting but management don't alow to supporting each other. Management is not faithful.

There is lot of politics by management. They don't provide Salary during covid19 ,but takes full fees to the students

If you'll work here definitely you are going to loose your personal life. People over there are more interested in your personal life , they drag you when you are growing among the students and then they play dirty politics and at the end you have to leave the job and management is also blind ☺️

The school is reputed. I am working here since 2011. The management also satisfied with my work but it is situated in rural area. I am very hard working and sincere but my future is nothing here. So i dont want to continue.

Growth is slow. Work pressurd is very high. Daily overtime duty. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths.

Aise insaan ko director bnaya Gaya jisne kbhi jindagi me kahi kaam hi ji kiya. Jisne kbhi working culture Jana hi ni. Ghar baithe jinhe sab kuchh mil jaye woh kaya Jane kaise job ki jati hai. Aisa insaan jab judge karega employee ko to kaya hi karega. Degree Tak Ghar baithe mili ho jisko woh educated teachers ko judge karega ?
