Working here like going to hell there is faurd in accommodation salary everything.they treat humans like labourer. working continuously for 12 to 25 hours seriously I have worked here for 1 month, there is no such thing as management here.

I like the Work Timings while working at Raphe mPhibr as they give us Flexibility. While the Department you're working in plays a vital role, but overall the Company is there to support it - As I'm more of an Evening Person when it comes to my work efficiency. While trying to maintain a proper streamline Workflow of the Processes, they keep in mind the Entertainment aspect with various fun activities - Highlight being the Foosball and two Table Tennis Tables. Most of the Departments' members being Youthful in personality and having a vision for the future. And finally adding the 24x7 Food Facilities in the Cafeteria(s)!

There is not a single thing I dislike about working at Raphe mPhibr.

Worst culture. HR head is uncultured, unapproachable and fake. A hostile environment has been created by the leaders. No sense work life balance and no time off work.

Working here feels like being a part of Raphe family. Great opportunities to learn and grow as a professional! In house therapist, fitness trainers, multi cuisine catered food and cab facilities are an add on to the work culture! Great place to work!!!
