They all are fraud. Please beware of them. They can dupe you. They will not give you salary, they just use you for their own benefit only. They will not pick your call and will ignore you as if you don't exist for them once their work gets done !

Their is nothing to like about Rao. It is one the worst possible places, you can work at. Even if it's the last company in the world, do not join it.

...eeting is used to put blame on teachers. No suggestions are taken sersiouly. 3. SALARY IS NEVER PAID They will never pay you on time. Every single time, they will give you reasons to not pay you. Some times salary can be delayed upto six to eight months. And they will still expect you to show up to work. If they find out that you are calling them regarding salary, they will stop picking up your calls all together. If you protest they will fire you immediately and cut off all communications with you. 4. Disastrous infra Most of branches (Mira road, Sion etc) dont have proper toilets, class rooms smell like wet cardboard all the time because of improper ventilation, washrooms don't have water, and most of the time you will be the person to open the branch. Yes, you heard it right. You will have to find the keys, open the shutter and turn on the fans, lights and do everything that is supposed to be done by office peon. Whereas braches like Virar branch are in collab with the school management. So if the school needs the particular room (that you are in teaching in) for exams ,they will ask you to move out and will not provide you another room. So the only option you will be left with is sitting with students in the office(which can hardly accomadete more 3 people at once) or sit in the playground under the metal roof in the intense sun. 4. Inhumane working expectations They will give you 100 sem paper and expect you to finish them in 3 hours. 100 students in single practical session

salary: salary never on time (except for first 2 months from joining ) delayed by 3 to 5 months. HR least bothered about teachers. They never answer your emils or phone calls specially about salary. u will never get your pending salaries When u leave this institutions. lecture time: variable. u have to run atleat 2 centers per day. travel time is not counted in duity hours. the system monitoring duity time of teachers will mark u half day even after completing 8 or more hours. for this u have to send emils to HR. Paper checking sometimes u have to check papers writren by the students for board preparation even if u r not board teacher.

...i (BTm sir). I was in system since 2013. I was very happy with system till 2015. Nightmare started since 2016 salary delay about 2 to 15 days. In 2017 delay for salary started more than 15 days about month or two. But we thought company is in trouble so we worked sincerely. It got worst in 2018 when many experiences teachers got replaced by juniors and salary got delayed by two to four months. I personally fill that company supported me alot so I will definitely put my last breath for company and mr vinay kumar pandey. In 2019 salary got delayed over six months, lots of scammed, lots of problems for students started occur. Teachers stopped their lectures , started cancelling the lectures but I was stupid and without supporting my colleague I started supporting management. I put my own money for toilet cleaning, for drinking water, for tea etc. It was not for any kind of selfishness but my thinking was different that a day will come and system will do better. It was the organisation from where I earned plenty of respect. In Dec 2019 mr. Vinay kumar himself called me and asked for help. I arranged teachers for syllabus completion, I along with other senior teacher started spreading positive news about Rao iit. In March 2020 lockdown started and I was the very first stupid who took first online lectures in rushing Rao iit head office. In complete lockdown period I begged to parents for fees recovery. To minimise the loss of students I started teaching my students on YouTube. Till June 2020 I was paid till August 2019 only still I thought that time will change. Suddenly one day I was informed that I am not a part of system because I did breach for code of conduct. I spoke to vinay kumar and asked for the reason. A stupid reply given to me that I am conducting online lectures without their intimation. Still I requested them to review their decision but all in vein.

I asked vinay kumar about salary but till date he has not replied. I gone through COVID but vinay kumar even don't dare to reply me. More than 10 lacs rs he has not paid to me. What was my guilty , that I was honest and used to think for everyone. If this post is read by vinay kumar then I want to tell you one thing " JEENE KE LIYE SAANSON KI HI SIRF ZAROORAT NAHI HOTI AATMA BHI JINDA HONI CHAHIYE". A senseless person vinay kumar who always think about himself only.

Very ,Very bad experience. No supporting staff.They provide more more salary on appointment letter only and not in hand.I have loosen my 80k salary. Very bad culture.
