Company Environment is good plus salary is credit on time but tasks are always unknown and frequent transferred from one branch to another but management is still working fine over i was statisfied but not so cool with my department i.e. marketing rest all is good

I was able to learn about how offline education sector works and what are day to day branch related issues

Management is least concerned about their employees, they don't pay salaries on time I left the company in 2020 still they have not paid my last three months salaries their top management says go ahead if you want top sue us go for it, as it wont make any difference

Frequent salary on hold and push you to work on all 7 days. MD and CEO Vinay Kumar gives verbal assurance instead Basic salary on time and expects from you to engage Principal by sending gift from your own pocket. No Gift either on Diwali or New Year, but happily accepting same from his associate partners.

... @nusmani @vinaypandey. 2. i ( my team members too) did job with concentration. but when salary time occur, then they are ignoring us, nt attending call/ nt answering to our messages. 3. All are fake there. 4. i ( my team)did job with branch kota and mumbai. 5. They only tries to take money from parents. 6. please dont go for Rao( As a student or Employee). 7. many videos on youtube are viral ( raoiitfraud)They are real.its the real picture of RaoIIT. 8 Same things happens with team. so its a fraud institute.

...ment and culture.All Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow.
