Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Kuch v like nehi hai...ye bekhouf number one South Indian company hai. Project kaise mila kya pata..ye mota buddhi bale ko

Dislikes

Culture of work, working quality,manners, behaviour, company policy. No one chor compai,churi krne main master hai, cement,steel,churi krta hai, local thekedar,local staff,site hr sab log group banake pm ka ma behen kr Raha hai. Ye site 1 salse jada Kam hua, progress 4.25 percent,15 crore investment ra bill 3 crore ovi 1 sal ke bad. Ye South bale marega idhar local bale se. Project manager ko site hr gali deta hai, contractor Marta hai,RM ko mu tod deta hai..vai majaj banake rakha hai..koi planning nehi,koi property quality work nehi only churi.. govt kaise ye company ko project diya vai😟😟koi v mat ana ye assam main...mar khaoge... South bale ko to laj sharam nehi hai...kala sand ..bahar ka admi ko bulake fasate hai.. starting main local staff liya 10000 main ,10000 main to churi karega ye sach hai...
