Good working environment and familiar culture. Top management and middle supporters are good. Pay scale is average and pay also within appropriate time schedule.

Most important salary hike and bonus is not applicable. Salary is decent but career growth is so slow.

The diversity in working projects are ore, if you like exploring in civil engineering then this role is suitable for you. If you are starting your career with this company then i would congratulate you for your sparkling future.

As a fresher, i had to work more than my regular hours without any benefits, as i said it has the more exploring part. yo always have to move from one place to another. As a Competitive exam student, i wasn't able to retain that level of energy to read or prepare for my studies

It is observed that there is no worst company in India like Ranjit Buildcon Limited. The old employees of the company behave like servants. Not even a single day job security, welfare worst like 4th class.

Ranjit buildcon is a family feeling organization . u vl not feel alone ever . i love this organization twice and both time i feel family atmospheres . yeah some time it will hurts but it will feel by joys with next day . they stand behind you what ever is mistake they give respect , even both bha ( main owners ) , and there son also respects always use " lal " or "Bhai " to all specially like they always gave feel to you a family .

Dislikes

There is no matter for dislike because , people is paying less then RBL and squish & burn your blood . and If they engaged u on all day on work they give u a leave also as ur flexibility and dont cut the pay .
