THERE'S NO STRUCTURE, NO SUPPORT, AND NO REGARD FOR EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING. WORKING HERE FEELS LIKE A NEVER ENDING BATTLE AGAINST ILLNESS STRESS, AND INCOMPETENCE, ITS NOT JUST DISAPPOINTING, IT'S DOWNRIGHT DAMAGING. PLEASE DONT GO HERE

Job security is terrible. Always stop salaries when you will leave the company. Raniwala has a lot of trust issues with employees and it's a typical Lala company. Management of raniwala never stand at their commitments. They will let you learn but not let you grow.
