I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. This company is a complete sham run by a bunch of unprofessional careless individuals, The management is utterly chaotic and it's nothing like the polishedd image they present to the world. behind the scenes every employee is struggling mentally emotionally or physically because of the toxic environment and sheer mismanagement. THERE'S NO STRUCTURE, NO SUPPORT, AND NO REGARD FOR EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING. WORKING HERE FEELS LIKE A NEVER ENDING BATTLE AGAINST ILLNESS STRESS, AND INCOMPETENCE, ITS NOT JUST DISAPPOINTING, IT'S DOWNRIGHT DAMAGING. PLEASE DONT GO HERE

Job security is terrible. Always stop salaries when you will leave the company. Raniwala has a lot of trust issues with employees and it's a typical Lala company. Management of raniwala never stand at their commitments. They will let you learn but not let you grow.
