This company is a complete sham run by a bunch of unprofessional careless individuals, The management is utterly chaotic and it's nothing like the polishedd image they present to the world. behind the scenes every employee is struggling mentally emotionally or physically because of the toxic environment and sheer mismanagement. THERE'S NO STRUCTURE, NO SUPPORT, AND NO REGARD FOR EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING. WORKING HERE FEELS LIKE A NEVER ENDING BATTLE AGAINST ILLNESS STRESS, AND INCOMPETENCE, ITS NOT JUST DISAPPOINTING, IT'S DOWNRIGHT DAMAGING. PLEASE DONT GO HERE

Dislikes

Job security is terrible. Always stop salaries when you will leave the company. Raniwala has a lot of trust issues with employees and it's a typical Lala company. Management of raniwala never stand at their commitments. They will let you learn but not let you grow.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
