I'm working through an Advocate. He is a employee of Ranga Reddy District Court. He is very good person and he encourage me a lot. Good working culture ,and Office staff and Clients also giving me a good respect.

Dislikes

I'm working throw an Advocate. He is a employee of Ranga Reddy District Court. Compensation is good but growth is low. The work pressure is high. Some times, I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening times and some times late into the night. Also, there is a no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Work and timings. Even new officers, sometimes they get irritation unnecessarily remaining the proverb in telugu " Chaduvu kunnodi kanna chaakalodu better" seeing this kind of behaviour some gets bored of education. And and also they take what ever office orders they like. Not all officers some officers. One officer name is Jeevan. However he is retired. And also when my mother told that rain eater is coming in house and all full of water, son of one RETIRED AO of sc and st court, came to beat my mother. His name is Ramakrishna Goud. His house is in mohan nagar. Himala restaurant lane. District courts are better than mm courts. Some outside building mm courts are better.
