All Management decisions are monopoly, Hidden cases of POSH, Poor HR terms and employee benefits not abiding by labour law. HR policies are very bad that leave and Comp- off turned to LOP. HR professionals are Under qualified for their job role though they judge other clinical staff based on their skill set. No replacement of Manpower Hiring is done only based on retainer based so they can't avail any organisation benifits for more than a year.

Likes

The best part is the hospital does not let anyone leave unless it's a personal take of the employee. The atmosphere is very good. Serene atmosphere. There is hardly any work pressure. Lots of cooperation among each other. Management supports and hears to all the needs of the employees.

Dislikes

There should be continuous medical education at all levels. Even to HODs. Salary increment should be good.

It was a great experience,full support and comfort atmosphere to work with the staff and management. The management is ready to hear us..

The work pressure is more and pressures are high at the training time.
