All Management decisions are monopoly, Hidden cases of POSH, Poor HR terms and employee benefits not abiding by labour law. HR policies are very bad that leave and Comp- off turned to LOP. HR professionals are Under qualified for their job role though they judge other clinical staff based on their skill set. No replacement of Manpower Hiring is done only based on retainer based so they can't avail any organisation benifits for more than a year....Read More
