Not satisfied with award distribution.. they literally provide a precious award to wrong guy… completely partiality.. I CAN LITERALLY PROVE WITH PROFF

There's nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Work life balance- They'll force you to extend your shift even you complete your assigned task in time. Promotions- Forget about this. People sitting on higher level like Delivery Managers, operations head will get hike or promotions. Job Security- Depends on licking and buttering your manager's.... Skill Development- Their manager's don't know about skills and recruitment process except few. Work Satisfaction- If sitting in the office for 12-13 hours gives you work satisfaction, then Congratulations, you have come to the right place. Company Culture- Too much politics, long working hours, no increment, your manager will hide your placements and give it to other recruiter in your team.

Working with Rang Technologies feels like we are dealing with multiple challenges every day and dealing with that challenges results in your career growth as well as we get motivated to resolve things. Also, we have the best management and professionalism maintained in the office. Overall i would love to work here as much as i can and would suggest others the same.

Highly unprofessional enviornment and management. Company runs on the words of Sagar Jobanputra and he has no knowledge of anything inside the market. Untill he is working in the office employees will suffer.

This company doesn't care about an employee, they only see the benefits of theirs, even after informing HR about the issues, they just ignore and the manger taunts you for everything. Then they will threaten you just so you stay under their feet.
