...I have a very good experience with Rane Nsk.Rotetional shift Monday to Saturday.and last month salary working with time time.and canteen food Monday to Saturday change manu.

Safety first and good environment. Culture is good. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent but career growth is slow.

Unity of local workers, unskilled workers operate machine and management of production line are the big part for company production. They affect the production growth of the company. Company should do work on these parameters.

DOET does not make the employee permanent. The salary is very less as per the work done. Even after working for 3 years, the person does not get promotion.
