DOET does not make the employee permanent. The salary is very less as per the work done. Even after working for 3 years, the person does not get promotion.

There is a lot of politics generally local person. Salary is a very good as a diploma engineer trainee. But career growth is slow . Here trainee's period was 03 years .on job training is very good in new joinees as a DET.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
