The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Any time working time extend and any time holiday become working day. 2.1 plant runs according plant head mood. 2.2 HR is fail to perform own duty. HR like just peon. 3. Basically it's manufacturing plant no scope in IT. And it's not recute directly its depend on 3rd party vendors like wipro... No scope to learn new thinks... For IT it's waste of time to work here...

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
