It is a third party recruitment company, there for if something happens there, they don't take action quickly.

Randstad provides work skilled & gives a opportunity for bright future. Overall it is a nice organization which helps to make a suitable candidate for selecting any of the top company. I like.

In my case-Very much dependable for clint. Salary is not very much high.

Inflation increase year on year. Salary is same last 3 years ago not a single penny increases in salary

Salary and expenses on time , No pressure for work and No shcedule for working.

Enviourment is worst for managers and non adherance of protocols towards by down the line. Upperline managers are quite even after reporting.

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.
