...security. No HR Support. Always hide terms and Conditions for the Employees. You have to pay a big Ammount from your first month salary if they give you job. No to suggest anyone to join this company at all. They hire the candidate on contract base and hide the terms and conditions to him. If Client decide to not continue with the candidate they don't support or they don't give any other project.

If you work in any company then what you look for: Salary on time, Security. But ,here you will not get salary on time and main thing I would like to discuss is about job security. When i had joined they were saying it will be for minimum 1 year and if it doesn't looks good, we have many clients and we'll shift you there. But sad reality is they don't have many clients and also they will immediately release you if client released you from the project. The worst experience i had in my life.

No Seating in office for Off role employees, no company benefits, the company will hire more Off role only, it is MNC but you need to work on saturday also, no work timings( starts from 9 & till 9.30pm also manager will call and ask details). Who are all likes work from office don't join, the day i joined till now doing WFH only.

...ders every one is aware of what going on in the personal life of the employees.. Your salary wil increase if you oil anf butter team leaders.. Administration is pathetic.. Floor Admin thinks that he is the boss.. The office is locked after all employees enters the office.. The reason he gives that due to corona.. but the managers and their spoons are goinv outside.. This is like e school.. well I am talking about SBI CARD OPERATION department at Rippon Street Kolkata.

- too much office politics. - will make you struggle to get in as permanent employee of JPMC, assign you work to do all the ground work and then take it off when it gains momentum to only leave a bad review in the performance review. - no empathy towards family/health conditions. - will choose favourites and create bias, people within that circle have all the knowledge and you have to collaborate with them and they will be hostile and hold the power to manipulate your career.
