- too much office politics. - will make you struggle to get in as permanent employee of JPMC, assign you work to do all the ground work and then take it off when it gains momentum to only leave a bad review in the performance review. - no empathy towards family/health conditions. - will choose favourites and create bias, people within that circle have all the knowledge and you have to collaborate with them and they will be hostile and hold the power to manipulate your career.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a band of 1 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners

THEY ARE SUPPORTING SOME TIME BUT AFTER COMPLTING MY CONTRACT THEY WILL NOT ARRANGE NEW JOB FOR OTHER SITES OR Other COMPANY IN THE Time of covid because they all are saying about Corona.
