Company is good ...hr team very supportive..update all policy timely..all over good.

Company good like policies,rules etc.But as employee I worked on Randstad salary pay roll..working for SBI card payment and service pvt ltd .company not gave me any permotion aur award for my 4.5 year worked..why..I don't know ..worked long period for company and it's ok company pay for it but same salary pakage from 4.5 year not gave any singal appresal.. please look at that matter ..i want just asking you.. please Regards

...ent is compay exllent and job security.company police or management transparent. Give the good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a bond of year workers company and salary is decent but career growth. On job training is not given new joinees

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.

Work from Home. Previously salary was good but now they are not paying as expected salary reduced.

Dislikes

Flexible work hours no work life balance, they make you work on tool which needs active time if your active time is wrongly calculated by Software you have to work extra. TLs force you to work on weekends.

They don't Help Employees They don't want to know about Employees problems Even They Don't give My Salary of 1 Months 14 Days of Salary Also. Even Mails were not Reply by time......etc
