The work model is terrible for all be that freshers or experienced. There is no relevant growth or salary hikes. Management takes a lot of time to acknowledge or even respond to employee quieres. Randstad builds clients for brand name and reputation. Rest assured there are no benifits apart from the basic medical insurance that the company provides. Everything else below par. There is no efforts to import in terms of employment engagement and growth.

Dislikes

- too much office politics. - will make you struggle to get in as permanent employee of JPMC, assign you work to do all the ground work and then take it off when it gains momentum to only leave a bad review in the performance review. - no empathy towards family/health conditions. - will choose favourites and create bias, people within that circle have all the knowledge and you have to collaborate with them and they will be hostile and hold the power to manipulate your career.

Likes

The atmosphere is very great to work in Randstad as employees are given freedom to work.Scope for training is very less even if you are in much need of it. When it comes to job security you can be sure that your job is secured.

Dislikes

Lot of politics, conflict between teams (one team feeling superior to others), low compensation, not well planned promotion structure, in competent HR team.

...they everyday con call us at 7am and no closing time I work 12-14 hours daily... it's only been 27 days working but the experience is extremely poor and still i have not received my salary it was about to credit on 5 April...when I called my assigned HR they are not receiving my calls...And my manger is saying now sallery will com next time... I'm going to resign today...Worst experience ever

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.
