Definitely a best place to work in terms of culture and work life balance. Promotions and pay is more than what you expect if you do a great job. You can reach higher positions sooner than you think

Dislikes

Somewhat favouritism works here and there and based on who your manager is and what kind of a person he/she would make your life easier if you are a hard worker. I have personally experienced favouritism but unsure how other teams are doing.

I had to leave the job amidst COVID due to family situation and knowing the need I have for my salary, they never paid me my last month salary and I worked them my last month there for free. They make employees work 10 hrs in a day and the management is simply rubbish but this is only in us it recruitment section

Dislikes

Not too supportive and keep poking you and make you work daily under pressure though they have some games and stuff like that but they really don’t help anyone in bringing out of pressure

Salary and benefits are less compared to other companies Package and benefits needs to be increased

Stable job (no need to fear for jobcuts). Work life balance is good. Pay is average. Permanent WFH. Good for those folks who wish to live in their hometown and work remotely.

Dislikes

Very bad HR support after resignation. Less salary than market standard. Less technical development and worst of all is office politics.

Likes

The office culture is quite different and unique of its kind. It has a very soothing nature of acceptance and also appreciates ideas and discuss whatever you are facing challenges to. That being said it values work over gossip/lose talks, however you can balance that as well.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about this company as the company is growing and it has many things to offer and one can excell with his/her capabilities.
