Randsbarg is an fraudsters group of company they won't pay their employees, their is no work ethics here HR Sankita Debnath & CEO Abhishek Singh are Cunning to innocent people their courses won't fetch jobs to students & those who take franchise should pay heavily for Randsbarg as a franchisee fee they don't ve proper HQ they only have telecallers to hunt innocent students and these people operate from remote so be aware of Randsbarg company don't take their job/Franchise/Course which is offered by Randsbarg be informed and spread it to your friends

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
