Basically company gets shutdown, equipment installation/dismantling, structure and process piping jobs. No quality works. Company recruit only supervisor grade person. Designation doesn't matter in this company.

Being in this company feels like u r a robot and have to work 24x7 when required. People here have no life personal life specially who are at Site duty u have to ready to work around the clock but all this results in the better you. You will be more patient, more productive, more knowledgeable and more experienced engineer or employee.

I like That i m part of this company which are work as a team & i am travelling varrious site as per our project & meet deffrent tallented people & learn more. We work happily in this organissation & the company also rehire employee.

The work pressure are more high & its not matter for me & i work 16-18 hours continously but employee grow are very slow.
