...anagement don't care about mental health and work life balance of the employees. They also don't pay employees up to the industry standard they always under pay you. Management also don't care about feedbacks from the employees and don't appreciate any ideas from the employees to improve the environment and culture of the office. They treat employees like a robots they only care about the work and force employees to overwork and don't expect anything in the return they don't pay you overtime working. There is no necessary facilities for employees in the office. No cleaning and maintenance is up to the mark in the working space. They don't let employees move their neck right or left it is very unethical and brutal behaviour towards employees. They don't listen to employees if there is any need or requirement to work properly. They don't let employees move freely in the office they always keep eye on you employees doing something wrong. They don't care about employees freedom and rights the abuse employees in every possible way.
