Mangers don't have sufficient knowledge ,so if you can interact with managers and buttering them definitely you will reach good position

1) 90 % employees are recruited through referral ,these employees always supported by referrer 2)Developer need to take care about clients (moooore than manager,TL),Managers simply forward mails 3)Don't think your colleagues or managers talented at least 4)If you can shout right or wrong ,definitely you will get good profit 5)If you don't
