Ramsoft is know as meddiff tech previously, still same HR and policies were sitting at place. Work life is not that great, everyday you have to work for 10-13 hrs, Lot of responsibilities will be put on your shoulder irrespective of designation. Never disclosed about night shifts during interview process. Above all there is something which is worst, when you leave this organization, you will get a relieving letter but not experience letter which is a pathetic process, 90 days notice period where your salary will not be fully credited, you will get a final settlement after 6 to 10 months after you relieved.
