Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Hardly there's something that could be appreciated. Don't buy the positive comments. those are faked one from existing employees.

Dislikes

One of the worst organisation, that I ever encountered. It's a bullsh*t organisation, where there are no teams or hierarchy but everyone is either a manager/director. Usual mode of operandi is Hire and Fire in few months. They just hire people to clean their mesh, once it's done, immediately they will terminate you.

I have started my career with meddiff technologies as a fresher I have server 3.10 odd months. Projects are great but management is worst. Unnecessary meeting with useless results. No benefits or HR policies just work work. Friendship is very much required to survive in the company. over all I have good and bad experiences.
