The heads are the worst.they don’t have their personal life so they want to spoil others also.Effat Kate exam incharge is horrible for no reason she will be back of teachers she feel are happy In their personal life.coz she doesn’t have any personal life Add on to it the principal language is just like slum language she says teachers tumlog kachra ho tujhme kachre mein dalna chaiye. No Job Security at all.they try to take personal revenge they are not bothered about how you teach students Academics is a big zero Main and only target is to harass the teachers. Never they will tell you proper dispersal time only coming is mentioned for saturdays

Infrastructure, work culture, Principal, coordinators and all non teaching staffs.

Dislikes

Teaching staff specially in TGT and PGT department. No seriousness towards their teachings, unprepared, always stay in safe zone. Lot of scope is their in enhancing teaching skills. Proper monitoring and serious observation must be given for teachings by the coordinators. Regards, Mr. Chaudhary

Here peons are better than Principal and Coordinators.

Harassment by Principal and Coordinators. Here they give more preference to clerical work to be done by the teachers instead on quality teaching. If teacher goes to gymkhana for half an hour for mindfreshness, they call teachers and scold them like anything. Here anytime vacancies are there because they harass teachers in such a way that the teacher will himself/herself leaves the institute. Here the Principal always make false promises when it comes to promotion of the teacher. Teacher's increment are related to observation and not on teacher's teaching. If the teacher gets more observation, less increment they will get and for that purposely coordinator Efat and Anita gives observations to teachers by poking their nose unnecessary. Here in junior college science section, too much biasedness i have observed. In PGT section, Two teachers they have kept for Chemistry, one for Maths, one for Physical Educatio, one for Bio. No place for Physics, though Physics teachers are working in college section but there name have not shown in register and paying them TGT teachers salary and eating their remaining salaries. Together Principal and Coordinators made this prestigous institute hell like anything. Spoiling Chairman Ramsheth Thakur Sir's name behind his back. Here, Principal talks about reputation of college and with her directions, well experienced teachers inform students prior one day before board exam that write option 'c' or make single line in the box or dont fill the box so that they can manipulate the result better in term-1 boaed exam which held in the month of November-December, 2021. Principal, coordinators and senior teachers all are involved in it. Here students frankly ask to senior teachers what will be the new pattern of cheating for next paper. What kind of message the students will pass outside and what reputation the institute is making. There is lot more to say, Management need to poke nose, this is very serious issue.

Satisfaction to work and most liked person is dear principal Mrs. Raj Aloni mam. She is really humble and helping hand for every teacher working in this institute. She knows how to handle situation and deal with it. Her guidence is really miraculous for mental growth of every teacher. I would like to express my gratitude towards principal mam and our corodinator Efat Kate mam. She is simply mirror image of principal mam with same kindness and affection. Work load is as per post; not too much. Always like to work with all co teachers. Management is specified and well organised. Dont know about job security but yes if you are good in work then you will be secured and firm here.

It's enriching experience to be a part of this school . You learn a lot as a teacher and can be part of various activities.

Every institution has good and bad , and it's not always to be taken personally.Everything is a learning and as teachers we should be always eager to face challenges.
