That company help to learn for mechanical side ,,he's give learning opportunities, we develop our experience tried to join reputed company,,, but life time is not better

Ramsays is super company for learning lot of thinks for your intrest only. All the company staffs are very kindfull and helpful to improve your knowledge on any catagory

The main drawback of that company is salery is low and we are not promoted at high level easily

One of the wrist company I have worked Reasons 1. All contract labour 2. No transport 3. No job security 4 . No uniform 5. Pf esi amount not paying correctly but deduction confirm 6. No free food 7. No development in job 8. No increment or appraisal 9. No value for real hard working 10. Value only for sombu thooking without knowledge 11. Wrost working culture 12. No standardisation 13. Low quality of manpower recruitment for running component 14. Wrost HR department 15. Wrost HO department ( totally wrost no knowledge)
