I stared my career with site Engineer and with my performance and dedication i was promoted as an Executive Engineer within 3 months. Overall it was nice experience and i learnt how to handle site work and client.The best thing in this company is it promote on the basis of performance without bothering how long you were with the company.Every employ and HR is very supportive.

Sometime there is a delay in salary and HR documentation process is very slow

greedy people only for money. they did'nt gave salary on time , always make excuses and issue when the salary time come near. many employees faced trouble from this company even there clients always facing so much problems....

Always there is something to learn about the real estate industry, they trained like you are there own employee. They trained and gave proper knowledge about the industry be it terminologies used in real estate and technologies used in construction, how deal with clients of different sectors, specially managing clients portfolio etc etc. A good working environment where you can get in contact with the seniors directly and they help you out any time. RAMP Infratech is open to get new ideas and innovation to work on and adopts too if it's worth Being a part of sales and marketing team got chance to travel and visit different builders and different sites and meeting colleagues

There is nothing to dislike about working in RAMP Infratech except doing work on weekends too as they give week off on Tuesday only...
