Ramon Magsaysay High School Salaries in India

I already resigned at Ramon Magsaysay High School for 3 years now. I have moved to another country to seek for better opportunities. I have loved teaching students and sharing them my knowledge. This school was a performing school even if it is a big (in terms of population) school.

Dislikes

What I dont like about this school was that some of my co-teachers were unprofessional that they even talk about your personal life. Some school heads practice favoritism that hinders more qualified teachers to be promoted. I have been there for almost 10years but I was not even promoted because they favor those who give them gifts or something. Some of my co-department has served even longer but was not given the opportunity to level up their position.
