The college has a good reputation and is very active in various student centric activities.

Dislikes

The work culture is defiled by internal politics and favouritism. A thriving inequality and the experience at the hands of senior colleague at times makes it mentally draining and an agonizing of an experience especially for the non permanent staff.

EVERY OPPORTUNITY WAS TAKEN TO KEEP BOTH STAFF AND STUDENTS AT PEACE. THE HEAD OF THE INSTITUTE UPLOADED MESSAGES ON WEBSITES, WEBINARS ON VARIOUS ISSUES WERE ORGANISED. PERSONALLY, FOR ME, THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CHEMISTRY, WAS IN PERSONAL TOUCH WITH ALL OF US. A GREAT INITIATIVE WAS TAKEN BY THE COLLEGE TO ENGAGE THE STAFF MEMBERS TO GET THEM EQUIPPED WITH THE ONLINE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS..
