Company is very good but our job security is there in time salary, increment.

My work life balance is not good due to my project manager as he don't like his house so he works 14 hrs in office without knowing what to do he poke every manager every head what they do he don't have knowledge the only reason why company not thrown him is because of 27 years of service I'm this company.

...re is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I don't dislikencompany,i have better position role in engineer sector so,i have furthure studys appliying igo to btech study thats my personal problem ,so then i leave the company
