Dislikes

No skill development, bad maintenance of office and lack of basic facilities. They don't have power back in case of power cut, no canteen facility, offices in isolated places. Not a good company for females. Essential services company, so no holidays even if it's corona or floods.

There is a lot of politics. Salary hike is very low and career growth is very slow. Work and learn system is there, no job training provided to new joinee. Productivity of the employee is not encouraged.

i like to work with re sustainability because this company give on time salary, Safety training, Appraisal ,Insurance and company always give support any situation eg. Corona time company was given all PPE and Financial support .
