Worst Work culture only polytics by seniors. Worst salary package. No job satisfaction. No any growth promotion during my working duration . Seniors and colleagues are play polytics because they all are alcoholic habit so their mutual bonding are strong. So I feel uncomfortable in work balance...

Yes I like work but Atmosphere is very toxic due to MD and that's why patients were suffer in toxic environment

Mrs Dave has decision maker and she made wrong decision that's why work culture in Ramkrishna is very toxic and when ever we need our manager she is busy my manager also puppet of MD

Some colleagues were very supportive and welcoming. All the best to Dr Sandeep Dave (the founder of that hospital).

Dislikes

Nothing. Mr Rohan Kumar Jha helped me alot and gave moral support to like that place and enjoy my work there.
