...k at. Lecturers are forced to work as more of admission brokers than teachers . If faculties do kot get admissions they are not paid their salary and fired as well. It was my experience in 2019. May be situation have improved presently. But director SS Rai is more of admission agent than a college director. Students are forced to study in an environment which is more of a school than an engineering college. Again this is what I experienced in 2019 may be situation is better now.

There is no growth as well as provide another work except teaching. There is so much rumors for teachers as well as the students. DIrector always insulting teachers in front of students.
