Such a great company that takes decisions about our roles without talking to us and make changes to our roles very easily without knowing our willingness....such a great company it is...no unity...no humanity....yes, they have ability to terminate employees but not this way.....very unsatisfied administration and management.

Dislikes

No culture in Company. Bossism. They don't know how to run a software development company. Family drama from top management. HR will never take employee side. HR is a puppet in management hands.
