...vel position . Emplyees facing a lot of issues they are not bothering about it. No proper salary , settlement , ticket .etc. most of the eployees putting case aganst company for their settlement . No professional managenet there . Top level management team cheating their staff and boss also. No proper businee planning and strategies. They are recruting staff directly with fee. And they are not giving job position asper offer letter. They are not following asper bahrain law regarding employment. So i request to all the candidates , please donot apply for Rameee group .

No salary increment , ticket , appraisal etc. Experenced and qualifed candidate s are geting low salary .

Nothing to like here. bad workplace. no salaries in time. at time owner never pays salaries. also no staff medical insurance. airtickets. toxic place with owner interference. hire n fire policy

As mentioned above nothinking to like here. people will self-respect, dignity should never work here.

...ly mismanaged and unorganised company, it's a totally third grade LaLa Company. They don't even have funds to release salary on time. Owner is an Idiot, doesn't know how to behave to people. They have hire and fire policy, people are terminated without any reason. If he doesn't like your physical presence, he will terminat you without any reason.

Please don't play with your career, it's not a place to pursue your career.

Work environment is very good.,also there is security of job but in covid-19 there is no work no salary, but there was no fear about job security, this was the positive point in that place.

No Support from employer through COVID 19. Even they didn’t pay my Salary for the period(Jan and Feb 2020) prior to Covid lockdown in Dubai. No employment in last six month. Firing employees without full and final settlement.
