Ramee group having very poor management system on the top level position . Emplyees facing a lot of issues they are not bothering about it. No proper salary , settlement , ticket .etc. most of the eployees putting case aganst company for their settlement . No professional managenet there . Top level management team cheating their staff and boss also. No proper businee planning and strategies. They are recruting staff directly with fee. And they are not giving job position asper offer letter. They are not following asper bahrain law regarding employment. So i request to all the candidates , please donot apply for Rameee group ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
