i joined Ramco systems after having industrial experience. In the start of my career change i was bit sceptic about the field but the team /colleague and the managers were so cooperative, within a short duration i was able to gain lots of knowledge in diverse fields....one more good thing about the base aviation team in which i worked with is they adapt new technologies for process improvement.....inspite of many discrepancy everyone in the team were so cooperative in achieving the goal.

Dislikes

nothing more....salary/benefits can be raised.....transport facilities for people who stayback late can be taken care of in a better way.

Language Barrier for outsiders, Hard to work if you are not good in local language. People follow less importance for email and communication. Mostly they do work if we practically in Person request them.

Work pressure due to less man power No proper KT during project handover No overtime pay for extra hours work Inadequate technical team support Car parking space not enough No appraisal or Bonus Only 10 Casual leave for whole year, no sick leave balance at all.

They are doing modern discriminations by giving higher package and Higher designation to the guys/girls coming from premium and top private institutions. But the actual work done by them are very minimal and entry level jobs. On the other hand, they are paying very less and entry level designations even for the lateral resources and assigning the tasks and projects to them like a hell. In simple worlds except Tamilians all the other race are getting paid higher and with strong designation. Only the Telugu and Hindi people are getting paid higher and deployed with super dooper roles.

Job Security was high provided there was consistent performance. The fellow coworkers were friendly.

Dislikes

...to work till 8 most of the time, without any adequate compensation for overtime. There was a lack of promotion as well as salary hike even after working for two years.
