Once suitable and skillful people become in majority in this Company and giving waitage to misleading employees is minimise by the management no doubt no ot her company will stand before it. Remaining are things are of excellent natured.

Someone often spends office hours idly watching movies and reels on their mobile. The team leader is aware of this, but it continues with the support of the department head. There are times when offensive language is used. It's all about office politics. This person also chews Panparag 10 times a day at work and is still being considered for a promotion.
