There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Once suitable and skillful people become in majority in this Company and giving waitage to misleading employees is minimise by the management no doubt no ot her company will stand before it. Remaining are things are of excellent natured.
