Everything, absolutely everything. It could be that I was very lucky, but I had a great time at Rambus. My boss was an extremely capable and intelligent man, who put me into a fast tracked project just the 2nd week into joining Rambus. I learned a lot, enjoyed my work, enjoyed the work-life balance and even presented technical papers in conferences. My team members are some of the best people I know. Even after leaving the organizations, we've been in touch. Across teams also, there has only been very few differences of opinion. HR is the best here. Very accommodative, and they do everything possible to make out life better. Overall a great experience.

Dislikes

They sold us off to Cadence. But I am sure even that is for our good. Rambus is a great place to work. Not much to dislike here.

Don't join this fraudulent and cheater. It's a fraud company which is highly unethical, no policy, no sturcture, being ran by a bunch of mafias and goons in Bangalore
