Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

After working 2 month this company not giving any salary to employee. When you demanding salary they give reply we will terminate you else you put your paper. Only one person madhusudan Sharma playing various role. He also took 1000 rs. For sampling and give 200 rs. Sample cost also took pop matterial amount. So totally fraud company I request to all employee and distributor not work with this company. If you will search on Google about this company you will find some fraud cases review with people.
