There was a god team..MSRIT pays good salary.....nice infrastructure....The Management is superb........Overall its one of the best college to work....

It was so good.....Offlet one person who spoiled everything.....He doesn't like existing employees....He hates Kannadigas and always brings from outside for higher positions....He is not interested to promote internal employees and retain good people... If he leaves his chair then it's a great college to work....

There is a lot of regionalism…. Telugu and Tamil domination… no proper growth opportunities….Most of all the heads are inefficient. Main head the principal is worst, he wants to continue there until his death… He is a hitler there…. The management was good initially but later they lost focus… They also don’t know which direction they are moving…….

Ramaiah institute is the best and super...for the future and so difficult to get job....try to apply directly to the field run through ur efforts...and achieve your benifits, i like to work there but .....i think i don't have a chance......❤️

but please don't apply with the help of contract , contract pieces are stupid people...they ruine the people salary..... finally we need to meet manager always then problem gets solve

Ramaiah Institute of Technology students are very excellent and highly efficient Students. So the Management also expect the Staff and Faculty Members also the same. Otherwise there is no job security.
