Meal is provided in duty with tea. But consuming that is worst experience...no proper pantry or washroom, no roof; eat during rain or sunny

Work for 12 hours and more...LOG IN as per rota but you can't LOG OUT on time.... No one works for more than 6 months, worst work culture, no SOP, no employee benefit , foolish management, No HR policy, cheating company, no PF or promised benifits, giving bribe to govt officials and running business, LALA company, all decisions is owners call, donkey life, COO is acting like Gunda and using false language, no young talent, just retired consultants running business. No proper IT or technology, illiterate co workers , and tamilmaya

Initial treatment looks good for first 3 months...

Need to improve the culture, treating professionals as a workers level and expecting results without fixing the timeline and not understanding the requirements, changing the task day by day hence our focusing will be zero, and u have to fight to get your benefits, No JD we have to take care all kind of works.
