U guys will have holidays as parallel to students(but not summer ones) u can learn from ur senior faculty and u guys can enjoy the company of ur students..and u can have sem invigilation payment..

Dislikes

The egos between faculty was irritating and u wont get appreciation for ur work instead few persons will take ur credit as their...u wont get hikes easily for that u have to wait for more and more until u make admissions.
