It's management is one of the worst they don't respect employees, neither they credit your salary on time nor they listen to your complains , i suggest not to join the institution even you are in your worst conditions

... lacks knowledge of his field even. Most of the management is on bought degrees. No experience letter will be given in lieu of ur one month salary in case u leave without serving notice period though it is not written in appointment letter. This university is doomed by its own management.

...n to it being a university... Even higher authorities are incapable to manage... Always a 2-3 months time lag for salary... Suffocating environment

Departmental work ethics are good and seniors are supporting in nature

Dislikes

It's policy to ignore employees who come by their own convenience,their salary get deducted even when they are stucked in jam while the other staff who come by bus their saley is not deducted

Infrastructure, Online Portal for Staff, Pollution free farm type location,

Dislikes

...r work more than what you actually do, then you might be able to survive here. Salary is always 2 months late. Lots of clerical works are asked from faculty members. High workload due to less staff. No career growth for teachers. Student quality is very poor. They don't even understand English lectures.
