There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not on time and career growth is slow.

1. No salary hike (or very less) 2. Too much politics. If you are willing to do buttering then you're safe. 3. No growth, only deterioration in skillset can be observed 4. FET (faculty of engineering and technology) is like a drowning boat,

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 1 year before which you connot resign. on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Nothing .no management even if you are honest they don't like it .they want dishonest and fake employees.whatever they will say .you have only option ...always say yes

worst management , Director prateek ( topa) and Director Pranav (Lawandiyabaaz) uses abusive language to his staff, they hold your salary of atleast 3 months. female counsellor can survive by giving them. If she says no thn ended up like Vandana .no job security.
